Here’s how to download your raw DNA data from Ancestry in a few simple steps:
👉 Step 1: Log in to your Ancestry account.
👉 Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select "DNA" from the dropdown menu.
👉 Step 3: Under the "DNA Results Summary", find and click "Settings" (gear icon).
👉 Step 4: Scroll down to the section "Download Raw DNA Data" and click "Get Started".
👉 Step 5: Read the terms and conditions, then check the box to agree. Click "Confirm".
👉 Step 6: Ancestry will send you an email with a download link. Open the email and click the "Download DNA Data" button.
👉 Step 7: Your raw DNA data file (in .zip format) will be downloaded to your computer.
